The Mental Health Guide is a special edition issue published by the Daily Titan, California State University, Fullerton’s independent student-run newspaper. This issue features articles focused on mental health, particularly ways students can support and improve their well-being as midterm season approaches.

For the cover design, I utilized photo collage techniques to visually represent mental health and personal growth. The flowers and butterflies emerging from the subject’s head symbolize the beauty of self-reflection, healing, and growth, while the contemplative pose reinforces the theme of mindfulness and mental well-being.
